Manumission Opening Question

Manumission has its opening on 21st July 2006, which i think is a friday.

I've personally never been to Manumission in my previous trips to Ibiza and was simply just wandering what type of music/djs play there. I have read alot about the in-side entertainment and am well aware of its history of sex shows.

What music do they play?
 
I've heard the music isn't too great but this might be last opportunity to go ibiza clubbing due to the whole settling down thing. I've heard sooo many times its one of those experiences in ibiza you simply have to go to. This will be my 3rd year in a row and most probably last and i want to say I've experienced most clubs ibiza has to offer.

Those two parties are on Monday. Manumission is now on Friday.

The music is good IMO. In the main room it's fairly commercial, but it is a big club so they usually get big djs who play whatever's popular.

In the Music Box they get rock bands, some of whom have been completely brilliant, others have not ;)

In the Coco Loco they have really good djs who play a bit of everything - house, electro, techno, rock, pop, all sorts really.

He didn't ask which party you would prefer to go to, he asked what the music was like.

I'd say going from 99 to 2002 to this rave give me a good idea what it's like musically, you gave an account of the music I gave a view of what night he might enjoy more.
 
Personally if you've been to Ibiza you should really check out the biggest party on the island.

It might not be for some people but its definately an experience so I would go there without question.

when the doc says commercial, he don't mean chart music, just perhaps that its not the most underground of music policies.;)

it depends largely on who the guest is that night but from experience i'd label the style 4/4 house music quite hard edging towards the trancier end of things.

residents have been people like john kelly, smokin jo, alfredo. who is it this year??:?

however, the other zones mean there is always likely to be somethin for your taste. coco loco at sunrise is the best atmosphere/vibe IMO8)
 
manumission music policy

a quick one from me..
the point is with manumission...there is a different music policy in every room of the club..a trip to the world's biggest party is a veritable musical salad...from the funk and hiphop of the toilets to the mainroom mayhem to the live rock bands and electro sound in the back room..
you should explore it all, and then form your own opinion(SY!)
fyi, we are currently confirming all djs/bands/artists for this yearand i can tell you in advance that Manumission promises to bring you the most varied musical concoction to date...
parties start 21 july through til 22 sept...take note, no more Mondays..Manumission IS Fridays..
