Drew, honestly did you feel any different in the days following ?? And do you eat as much red meat now, if so how often :?:

I can 'hand on heart' say i felt great! and still do.

The most noticable immediate difference was a very flat stomach. Some older jeans i wear for work were beginning to feel a little tight  but now they hang so low i look like a rapper

I don't and never have eaten much red meat. I would say i eat 2 steaks a year and that's about it. The only 'meats' i eat are fish, chicken and turkey.

Hope that helps.

i didnt and dont feel that great, only effect was the day after where i lost 5lbs and all my gas had gone so my stomach was flatter. All thats back now after my curry monday

...... but surely if you lost 5lbs and had a flat stomach, isn't this a good enough incentive to stick to a good diet?

My therapist made it quite clear that unless i stuck to a good diet the benefits would be short lived and subsequently a waste of money.

I find it easy to eat well, i just needed a few tweeks here and there after speaking with her.

Cheers pal. The only gripe I've got is that here there isn't much choice, theres only one salon here. Should that put me of ?? I mean can it go wrong :?

Bit of info that may be useful to you which my therapist posted on another site: -

There are 2 professional organisations with very similar web addresses, they are:-

www.colonic-association.com

and

www.colonic association.org

If you want to read up all about Colon Hydrotherapy, and search for a safe therapist, please look at these 2 sites.

In order to be registered by either of these 2 sites a therapist must be proffesionally qualified, correctly insured, have their clinic inspected and passed, have completed 1 year of supervised probationary practice, and maintain annual continued professional development training.
