I and a friend are planning to hit the opening party. The site reads:
DRESS CODE : KIMONO
FORMS OF PAYEMENT : JAPANESE YEN
ONLY DRINK AVAILABLE INSIDE : SAKE’
HIGH SENSIBILITY TO THE MUSIC OF THE BEST ITALIAN , JAPANESE AND WORLDWIDE DJS

How serious is this? I'm thinking it an overstatement as a means to emphasize the theme. Should I really plan to wear a Kimono? Should I truly exchange for Yen? Will I really only be able to drink Sake? YUCK!

I've got the last item covered.

Thoughts?

I heard people wearing Kimono's get in free and a drinks pass for the bar, could be worth it especially with amnesias prices.
