low far yoghurts

Just drink probiotic ones :D Or Muller light which are yummy yummy yum yum.

Be very wary of foods that state 'low fat'

Take Hellmans mayo for instance ........

Full fat version has around 80% fat, of which most is polyunsaturated fat (good fat)

Low fat version has around 20% fat, of similar proportions of polyunsaturated and saturated fat

So .... although the full fat has more fat, it's good fat. What is important to remember is what replaces the fat in the low fat version. Answer = lots of additives which make it taste nice, which isn't good for you.

If that makes any sense.

they used to put chalk in doog food, hence white dog poos!! they dont anymore, hence no more white dog poos!! ;)

Its says controlled sugar, fat free

Low fat yoghurts are crammed full of sugar so that they taste of something. not only is this really bad for you, but it doesn't help much if you're trying to loose weight

Always read the nutritional info label rather than what it says on the front.

Most yoghurts are full of rubbish, unless of course it's natural yoghurt or the probiotic ones.

i bought some soft ice cream from Iceland yesterday...

full fat, full of crap. but tastes sublime...

may as well abuse my body esp if im gonna get flushed.

There was a lad on our street (when we were nippers) that used to eat white dog poo.

We thought it was a rumour until he 'demonstrated' his skills.
