*gasp* Babs!!! How comes you started smoking again 8O :evil: Was it on Saturday? Me and Jon still haven't smoked, although Jon is finding it really tough, he's not sleeping, feels anxious etc. I'm doing better, I havent really got cravings except whe we're out drinking. We had a really easy weekend though, so it wasn't hard not to smoke. We're going to a party this Sat though... wonder how we'll do 8O

I don't know, I didn't even want them, I bought pack of 10 on Friday night and smoked 5, then I thought I may as well finish the packet on Saturday, then bought another 40 for Saturday night/Sunday :? I didn't even want them, they didn't even taste nice :cry:

Am back on patches today :roll:

The worst thing is I know within the hour I will get up and walk out the door and go to shop. I can't cope with starting again on this monday :?

Mondays aren't a good day to stop smoking, I bet I go to the shop at lunch and buy a packet of 10 dirty Camel lights :roll:

Done it. Feel wrong but so much better. Make sense?

Starting again tomorrow :P Tuesdays are a much better day to stop smoking :lol:

Look, some people are just meant to smoke, in the grand scheme of things and considering everything else we throw down our necks - its hardly worth the bother stopping....... 8O
