I'm having a birthday bash and need to pin myself down to a weekend to get a group together.
Does anyone know of any decent nights going off in London around the following weekends (I'm a house dolly by the way):

28th/29th Jan
4th/5th Feb

28th there is Felix da Housecat on @ The Key where I'll be having my birthday celebrations Also that wkend on the Saturday there is Jon Carter @ Ministry and Louie Vega @ Fabric.

If I didn't have my new job I'd be doing the double header but trying to be semi-sensible at the mo

We last saw Felix inside at We Love Sundays @ Space and he was unbelievable, completely tore the place apart.

The little hatted one always produces the goods but there's the risk of a boringish hour or so when he goes into his latino bongo phase which he normally does It's the start of Soul Heaven's new residency @ Fabric which is a bit of a change of musical direction for Fabric, still think it will go down well there tho.

My friends are being really lame at the moment, they got so wasted over the new year that they've entered into a full on drying out programme which includes a dance floor free diet!...I mean, the selfishness and sheer audacity of it! Grrr.

It's going great, the job is just what I wanted, nice people, very laidback, wear what you want etc etc, suits me down to the ground

I was going to attempt to go into clubbing excile til the 28th but it just felt wrong so we're heading off down to Brighton this wkend for a mini clubbing sesh (cos I have the theory that clubbing in Brighton doesn't really count cos the clubs shut at 4am )

Lawler at The End is an excellent night Rob but you can see him every month, Felix or Louie don't play in London as much do they.

Hmmm - something tells me I'm going to be stretching the boundaries of what a birthday is!
2 weeks of celebrations is a bit excessive...I'll have to invent an occasion.
