I was so nervous :( , it had been an impending doom all morning. I anticipated it would really hurt, I couldn't even look.

The phlebotomist was done & dusted by the time I dared to exhale.

Anyone else squeamish about needles :oops: :?:
 
I had a cholesterol test 2 weeks ago, they only prick the top of your finger and I was sitting there screaming inside. I think its because I know whats coming, where as accidental pricks don't bother me so much.

Have you had your TB jab?

MEEEE. I have really small veins, so when I was in the hospital for my appendicitis they had to insert the IV into my WRIST!!! It hurt SO bad, and every time I moved I felt it pulling...... NAST :x
 
Eww just feel squeamish readin about it.

I couldn't watch the excellent Wes Snipes "Blade" films because the gore grossed me out too much :roll: , ace music though :)
 
had a typhoid jab the other day on my lunch hour, before i had time to look away and take my mind off it she had stabbed it in my arm. no blood was drawn.

im fine with needles. that sounds a lil dodgy doesn't it :?
 
Is that you leaving them all over the alley where the DX is collected/dropped off in Brum :evil: My sister refused to go there, I told her to get her company to complain to the council/local rag on H&S grounds :evil: :evil:

Like we didnt do that last year, i thought you were all very well behaved in Pacha, i was well proud of you. All except for Philip who ordered coconut chicken when he doesnt like coconut and the fact that after 2 bottles of rose he was falling asleep at the table :roll:

Im looking foward to some lovely eateries this year 8)

hehe lol noooooooooo no need to worry everyone - had to have the jab for mexico. The only needles i have in me are from nurses thanks. ok let me re-phrase as the hole im digging is getting deeper. I only receive needle jabs for vaccinations ONLY!

there phew, all explaind properly, is it not? 8)
