KISSDAFUNK ANNOUNCES MONDAY RESIDENCY AT IBIZA’S NEWEST venue KANYA BEACH!
From 03rd July blistering house night KISSDAFUNK will take up a weekly residency at Ibiza’s latest project, KANYA BEACH. The first phase of an incredible new million pound development offering bar, restaurant and late-night club.
Since the end of the 2005 season San Antonio’s popular sunset destination has been transformed into a fabulously fresh and sumptuously splendid Art Deco inspired new party space by the beach; complete with a sparkling sound-system, and lighting system, and it’s kicking off in grand style, as it welcomes one of the UK’s most vibrant and successful club nights to stamp its mark on the Island’s weekly timetable. Anyone who’s ever been to the old Kanya will surprised as the whole structure has been ripped down and replaced by this new concept on beach side clubbing.
From its riotous sell-out parties at MISSION in Leeds, to the main stage of Love Leeds festival, KISSDAFUNK is the award winning party, which never fails to whip up a frenzy. Recently voted one of the Top 50 Clubs in the World by DJ Mag, KDF is no stranger to the Island having already hosted a couple of Balearic parties at Space and Es Paradis. Now it’s ready for its first regular Devil’s Isle residency.
KDF resident and co-promoter Rob Tissera adds; “The opportunity to put on the gig at this exciting new venue was just too good turn down. We’re pulling out all the stops to make sure we mirror what we do in the UK - which is to put on one helluva party.” KDF co- promoter Tolley adds; ‘Kanya afford to miss-da-funk?’
Line-ups for this Monday night mayhem will include regular rotational appearances from its residents ROB TISSERA, FILTHY RICH, MARC LEAF. Headliners announced so far include TOCADISCO, HOXTON WHORES, HERD & FITZ, SONNY WHARTON, JUPITER ACE, plus many more, There will also be a PHONETIC RECORDINGS party with MARTIJN TEN VELDEN & ROB ROAR. They’ll be who’ll be joined by and a whole host of very special surprise guests. Completing the cast will be the infamous girls ready to help make KISSDAFUNK at KANYA BEACH the new must-do Monday nights.
