is manumission worth it?

She didn't get the tip of course.That's true, in manumission waitresses always ask some tip by a very hard way, these girls are b..., but for answering your question, go to manumission because people always say that they don't go to that party but on monday when you are in ibiza, they are a very special atmosphere because manumission is a mythique party and as a myth they are wick points and fabulous points. So go to manumission and maybe, if you are in good state of mind, if you body is well prepared you will feel the atmosphere and the special ambience of this party, whereas on the other hand, if you are stressed and tired, manumission is like a supermarket. So it's up to you mate

been to it twice and thoroughly enjoyed it, however i shall not be going back this year

Ive been several times, the first time in 97 and as a Ibiza virgin, I felt I had to go due to the hype Id heard.
Seeing Privelige close to capacity and my first time in there was an eye opener.
The infamous sex show took place and that was pretty much an eye opener too!
Met lots of people from loads of coutries which was pretty cool, although since that year I would say its more of a british crowd now thanks to Ibz uncovered which was being aired as we were there that year.
they dont name who is playing - Ive been when Judge jules appeared to spin
and lisa loud who was terrible IMO - so the music can be hit and miss depending what your into.
I think a lot of people (like I did I suppose) go for "the show" and as a consequence the vibe isnt as good as a club who is based on music. There are a lot of pepople standing round waiting for something to happen rather than enjoying themselves.
The drinks are rip off tho coco locos are meant to be worth getting!
I would go to release yourself if i was in ibiza this year (which Im not and Im gutted )

If you've never been to Manumission then I would say you have to go once in your life... just for the shear spectacle of the place.
The music isn't up to scratch as far as real clubbing goes and unless you are loaded you won't be buying many drinks!
But to cut costs get friendly with the staff in your hotel bar or a local bar (tip well!) and ask them about tickets to the clubs - they should be able to get some for you a good bit cheaper!
Relax in the palm garden or under the open air dome and be amazed at the size of the place and number of people - you can then tell everyone you have been to Manumission - they will envy you!
Going back for the 4th year in a row in July - every year there is an Ibiza virgin in our party so we are obliged to go to Manumission!

I always enjoy Manumission, especially the 'back' room (which in fairness is equivalent in size to most main rooms!) - the music in there is deep and dirty, and the crowd more up for it. It's always good in that room for when the sun rises up aswell and you can see just how many people are totally trashed!
Never been that blown away by the main room, as the music isn't all that for much of the time, and i've always found the sound system could be louder? Plus it's just a bit too touristy with 'San An's' just wandering aimlessly about, generally waiting for the show to start.
But all in all, it's always a good night, and the spectacle of the place is like nothing else. For anyone that hasn't been before, you will be blown away by it's magnitude.
After doing it 3 times, i'm not sure if i will be going thre again this year tho. I actually want to try and have a gayer Ibiza holiday this year seeing as i'm single!!!!

been ibiza 3 times, 1st time i went in 1999 and i went to manumission, it was So So.
Never been Manumission since and TBH not really arsed about going back, theres much better nights!

if uve neva been u shud definatly go once its a wierd experience, not the greatest event but u have to go! seen some wierd things going on, walking thru dance floor and saw 2 midgets dressed as umpalumpas sittin down playing guess who, also fat boy slim playin a set in the toilets! (they were rammed!!) and privalige is so big its unreal....there decks in the toilets for god sake!

We went to manumission last year for the 1st time and actually will prob be the last.
Really if you've never been it's worth a look......the place is HUGE!!!!
But like i said we went last year and only stayed for 30mins max....it was so hot and busy and the atmosphere wasn't all that great!
We'd q'd up for an hour for nothing!
We saw a glimpse of the stage show and left......apparently the shows used to be real eye-openers but this was just a procession of girls in corsets and pretty boring!
