im on vodafone so what network in ibiza?

In Ibiza there are three networks:

Vodafone
E Amena
Movistar

I guess you'll still be Vodafone then!

im sure there's another. I think ull automatically get switched to movistar.

When I was on pay-as-you-go it changed networks automatically and sent me a confirmation text. Now I'm on contract I had to change manually to Vodaphone ES when I arrived and it changed automatically to Movistar and back depending on where I was on the island.

you might be able to change to manual network, I chose Amena as it was cheaper for Orange phones

Vodafone Spain is the reccomended network according to the vodafone website.

If you log on to www.vodafone.co.uk and search for 'abroad' it gives you all the preferred networks and the costs depending on your tariff.

Vodaphone also operate a 'Happy Hour' between 4pm & 6pm whilst travelling in Europe during July, August and September when calls to any UK network will cost 40p per min. maximum
