Ibiza June 22-26, Party advice sought from the party people.

Those are the dates for my first trip to Ibiza, and I'm very excited. My fiance' and I are spending 3.5 weeks traveling across Europe, with Ibiza is going to be our last stop before we head home. I have been checking out the party calender religously for months now, as I can barely contain my excitement. I like most types of dance music and tend to be pretty open-minded when it comes to beats.

So on to my problem. From the looks of the calender I could spend every night on the island at Pacha doing Renaissance, Pure Pacha, Def Mix and Everybody (Sander Kleinenberg). But I don't want to spend all four nights in the same club.

I am planning on hitting the Renaissance opening party June 22 and Sander Kleinenberg's opening party June 25th.

So my question is "What to do Friday and Saturday night?" If any of you nice folks could recomend parties and places you like, I would be very interested in listening. If you do have any suggestions would you list what type of music I might run into at the suggested night/club? Thanks alot.

I have really enjoyed reading the posts and learning about Ibiza from all the people who have been before.

Do We Love Sundays on Sunday instead of Sander K.

Yes, this is going to be a problem, I really like Sander. I thought about doing Space in the am and into the pm, then heading over to Sander. The Space lineup isn't up yet.

What kind of music can I expect at Made in Italy.

House music

DJs such as Alex Neri, Ralf, Ricky Montanari & Claudio Coccoluto and guests like Smokin Jo, Xpress 2 etc

It doesn't even matter who is playing Sundays @ Space, it should never be missed ;) And now the new terrace is open til 6am you won't want to leave ;)

You must go to Space on sunday rather than Sander K. You may well love Sander K but you will have an amazing time at We Love...

I agree that We Love is a must-see, but can understand your love of Sander as well. Still, in your shoes, I'd do Space. You know the line-up will be good.

On that Friday (June 23), Spotlight's own Fronty (Dave) will be among the DJs at How Clean Is Your House together with Pukka Up at the club Es Paradis. I've never set foot in there (intentionally) over several years visiting the island but might check it out this time around. They're also doing a boat party earlier in the day. Saturday looks less promising, but that might be a good time to party at the beach club Bora Bora and then get some rest and hit We Love on Sunday afternoon with perhaps a late night session with Sander ;)

I like the idea of hitting up space and then heading over to Pacha to catch Sander's set, depending on who is playing at Space.

What is the music policy for HCIYH and Pukka Up?? What is the deal with EsParadis, why have you intentionally avoided it??

Anyone know anything about Hed Kandi @ El Divino??

The music policy at HCIYH is dirrrty bass-heavy house, according to Fronty. It's a relatively new project with 2 nights in Kent under their belt and a monthly residency lined up in the UK.

In general, I'm not big on the events at the 2 San Antonio clubs (Eden, which I've been to and didn't like, and Es Paradis, which I haven't been to and I hear is beautiful but a bit too well lit).

Hed Kandi is straight-up commercial house. The crowd isn't the best but it's usually full and the terrace at El Divino is one of the great chill-out areas at any Ibiza club (Nice view across the harbor to Ibiza Town, light breeze blowing past)
