I can't stop eating..

.Ive got the munchies non stop today (and no I havent been chonging away). I was supposed to be cutting down on the chow but Im eating anything I can. Ive even just gone through a whole pack of cherry tomatoes on their own 8O
 
MEEE TOOO, it is bad today, especially since my run was way hard yesterday... craved Cheetos all morning but opted for a green apple :roll: yay, SO not as much fun as gnashing on those crunchy orange fat pills :roll:
 
It's okay to eat more than 3 times a day. It seems like I eat at least 8 times during the day, whether it be some veggies or a peice of fruit to tide me over. Just don't eat too much and allow the food to settle to your stomach, you will realize that you don't need to eat as much as you are shoveling in your mouth.

plus drinking water helps fill the void a little.

nishy why not start working out? I go through stages where I literally eat everything in sight :lol: and if I did that without working out i would be a house :oops:

Oh no, I just ordered a salad and it came with a massive roll :roll: MUST.... RESIST..... EMPTY......CARBS...... lol. Eh fuk it, wheres the butter LOLOLOL
 
I'll be honest and say that sometimes i absolutely hate it lol. Especially Mondays when I am exhausted and hung over from the weekend, it is the last thing I want to do. Sometimes I am barely awake whilst putting on sports bra and shoes, but once you get going it ain't so bad.

The key of motivation is quality choons in your headset while you sweat away :P Yesterday was a Space set from Carl Cox... I was dancing even during my cooldown :lol:
 
Nish I am in your club. After 7 years of being veggie I started to eat meat again a few weeks back as I was feeling run down, and now I am pigging out more than ever and piling on the old erm.... curves :oops:

Think I will go back to my lentils and veggies again soon.
 
I love steak, and chicken too much to give it up Sand mate.

Think I will just have to rave twice as hard to burn them calories off :twisted: :lol:
