How much would i spend in a week?

I am wondering about the amount clubbers who venture to the big clubs every other night would spend in a week?
How much would you suggest i take for a week?

To get into big clubs you're looking at 30-50 euros. Drinks in clubs are about 8-10 euros, it's water which is the killer tho, 6-8 euros for a little bottle.

Also depends on whether you're getting taxis to clubs or using the disco bus.

If you're planning on clubbing every other night with quieter nights in between, £500 should easily do you.
 
I've just got back from a 2 week stint and i'll say take all your savings m8!

i spent £600 in 5 days last year and still had 5 days left,look after your money,dont have a "dont give a shit attitude" to money out there.
 
On my last trip, I had a budget of $300 a day for two and it seemed to work out o.k. on average (with 4 rest nights out of 11 total).

That works out to about £580 pounds per person per week, and that was going to Pasha on several nights (though my wife skipped a couple more nights than I did, so that cut down on things).
 
and I was thinking of bringing $2,000 for the week :) Maybe just 1 and then just rely on bank if needed.

How hard is it to find parking anyway around the clubs?? We will probably rent a car to avoid taxi fees.

Renting a car was definitely worth it. I always relied on friends for transport but we got the car ourselves this year and loved the freedom. There's plenty of parking around Pasha, El Divino and Amnesia, the 3 clubs we frequented this trip. For Space, we walked since we lived in PdB but I remember having to park a ways away last year.

FYI, my budget figures earlier did not include hotel, a couple of credit card charged meals, and the rental car. Also, keep in mind that's average... a night out of clubbing could easily run you $200 for just one person (I should note that I drink water or beer in the clubs.)
 
I brought out 575 euros for 9 days, I´ve just run out on day 7 (as predicted, as the big club nights I´m attending are at the end of my trip). Telebanco time to withdraw some more cash (they´re multi language so a doddle to use, pointless bringing out a shedload of cash as the beginning!)..
As people have said, the big killer is the clubs, eg warm water in a piddly little bottle in Amnesia last night cost me 9 euros, and the barmaid wanted 10! (I think the actual price is 8, yes I fell for the classic "shortchange in Amnesia" scam where they pre-deduct the tips! - but I was drunk so didnt care at the time ;-)

Ibiza is getting quieter and more expensive with each year!
 
Bar staff in amnesia are a pisstake. They stand around having ciggies ignoring punters then have the funking cheek to nick your change. Its difficult refusing as they just move onto another punter. 10 Euros for a water is beyond a joke. Your best bet is to get your missus(if you have one) to go to the bar!!

Its a different story elsewhere, I actually offered the woman behind the bar inside DC10 a drink (I was funked) and she said 'no honestly, you keep your money, thanks for offering!'
 
if your clubbing every week. Drinking in the clubs and paying to get in.

Id take £1000 for the week (you prob wont use it all though)

I bought a bottle of watter in Pacha / Subliminal in the funky room. She looked at me and said "8!". lol. I though - how rude. I gave her €20 and she gave me €2 back. Clearly trying to rip me off I told her I gave here €20 and she then gave me the other €10 back with a sour look. :evil: :evil: :twisted: :roll:
 
Space is better, a comparatively reasonable 6euros for a really cold water (the ones in Amnesia were warm - urgh). They´ll still try it on though, ie last night I only had 7euros at the time and the barmaid pocketed the 1 euro change - "oi! if I want to tip I´ll decide, not you" so got it back - she didn´t look too happy :-)

Always have the correct change!

I wouldn´t mind, but when you´re paying 1500% over the odds for a bottle of water, I´m not paying any more!!

just don't spend your money on stupid things, and don't get ripped off, try n blag a g list too!

Here, here. I spent £600 in a fortnight for the past couple of years. Managed to get on guestlists and just be sensible with my money (ie not drink loads of cocktails I wouldn't even remember in the clubs) but still have a brilliant time and do loads.

You're just p1ssing your money up against a wall if you take £1000 per week.
 
I cant afford to take more that £650 with me this year unfortunatley so its noce to know that it can be done Clara.

Only clubs i'll probably be doing the whole 2 weeks im out there is:

Space (possibly)
Garlands
Hed Kandi
Subliminal
Defected

I am hoping to have a meal at Pacha (free entry), Coastline and Curry Club tho.
