just curious like how much is enough a day?
you think 100USD is enough a day?

I mean after you been out all day, hotel, food, prebars, rstaurants, taxis or buses then when midnight comes around you hit a super club and a couple drinks.. DAMN!! you have already dropped 200bucks??

sounds right?
 
Better save than sorry, take (or save) more than what you think...After a day there you can have an idea...Its really all up to you on how much you want to spend.

$100 us dollars a day will work if you have a guest list at the door...dont really drink in the club and spend about 20 dollars in the afternoon....Its expensive for americans....but the euro is not as strong as it was last year at this time on the $ so theres hope!!!
 
$100 a day would not be enough for me lol.

When I go on vacation, I like to buy anything I want... eat at nice restaurants... just generally splurge. You can get by on $100 a day, but it would be tight, in my opinion.
 
Depends on what the conversion rate is at the time. You can probably get by on $150 a day (approximately 120 Euros).

Exactly. Are you going to party all day and night. Or are you going to chill, take in beaches or nice restaurants for a few days.
We spent about 175-200 Euros per day partying almost everyday :D

It's a lot more expensive for us Canadians to go to Ibiza than you Brits-so lucky.

My friends and I are always saying we live on the wrong side of the world. (haha)
But Canada has it's many benefits also.

Like everyone says, depends what you are spending your money on..

I think how much alcohol you drink could you double your budget.

I love going out for good dinners with wine, but when i'm in Ibiza, i'd rather spend my money on the clubbing.. nice restaurants are everywhere, but clubbing like that isn't.

That being said, I don't skimp on the things I want to spend my money on when I'm there but if I had more money I'd go out to decent restaurants all the time too!

100$ US can get you by if you aren't drinking alcohol or eating at expensive restaurants
 
You should look at what you have available to spend and set your budget accordingly. I haven't noticed major price inflation over the last couple of years, but my budget has grown each year because I make more money now. In other words, tailor your trip to your own budget!

On this past trip, I had a budget of $300/day for 2 people. That's the daily average... keep in mind that there are days when you might not go out to the big clubs. We would spend more on club days and less on nights off (and I got lucky because the missus bailed out on three club nights so I saved $$ :lol: ).

Here's an example of a decent budget for 2, loosely based on what we spent:
50 euros - random stuff
70 euros - dinner
60 euros - club tix
30 euros - pre-club drinks
40 euros - in-club drinks (not including the free one w/ ticket)
total: 250 eur, or just less than $300.

Keep in mind that that's for 2, so you could do this for $150. Now, if you want to spend only $100, cut back on something. Eat cheaper - there's plent of decent restaurants where you could eat for less than 20 eur, or fast food places for even less. Get drinks from the store and have your own pre-party sessions. Take some nights off and spend less on those days and more on clubbing nights.
 
I spent 840 quid last year and that was going to a BIG club everyday + kainage. That was over a week.

in 2003 i went for 2 weeks and did the west-end and went to only 2 supe clubs and spent 540quid in TWO WEEKS!

I must be a skinflint :D
 
In 2003 i spent £260 in a week....bearing in mind i wasnt drinking booze 8O

This year i plan to take £400 max....tbh i know i could get a month in thailand and a flight ticket for the amount im spending going to beefa for a week so don;t want to spend silly amounts...totally not worth it imo
 
the first year i went(2 years agao) i had £750 for two weeks and it done me sweet...went out 5 times to big clubs...not into cheesey sh1t like trance and them cheesey house nites with pete tong etc :roll: so i just went to the techno nites cocoon carl coxes nite and u random nite with dj rush and umek was playin in space lol

but last i brought £1300 for two weeks and that done me sweet...but i was spending 15euro on vodka and redbulls in clubs :oops: this year im hopin to have £1000 for two weeks
 
ok im thinking 200 euros a day.. including hotel..
sharing a room with my mate so that will be like 30euro.
so super club 30-50euro
and the rest to see me through the day..
drinks, food, taxis, etc.. pre drinks..
thats heaps er??

200 euros.. im not going to be drinking in the super clubs.., cuz I cant get drunk anyway so I will just be drinking like water.. so I will just probably drink a bottle of water or two.. or three :)
