hotels for one night and easyjet???

next year as a pre wedding weekend we are hoping to go to ibiza on a friday head out to pacha that night, have saturday off, go to we love sundays and then dc10. as there is really only one night that we need a hotel(on saturday) i was wondering if anyone knew of anywhere we could do this, a lot of hotels seem to have min3/4 nights.

also does anyone know when easyjet start selling their 05 flights and how much we would expect to pay from london to ibiza?
 
Have stayed for a night in the Hostel Talamanca, which is walkable from Pacha, right on Talamanca beach and is good value. Good restaurants nearby and you can get the boat to the Old Town in 5 mins. I booked it through the accomodation section on this site. For flights, you may find that BA have better flight times than easyjet, and I got my flights cheaper with them this year.
