I have stayed there although a few years back. The Hotel is a Looooooonnnnnggggg walk from the action so a car or if you are brave a moped and use of taxis is advisable. There is, or at least used to be a little bar half way down the dirt track (where i saw England beat Germany 5-1) so you can always stop in if dying of thirst on the way out/home.
The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, if a little basic. We did have problems with our rooms at first as the booking had been mucked up but after a small wrangle the morning after arriving all was sorted and we got on with the holiday.
The residents seemed to be on the young and cheap end of things but there was no real trouble or noise pollution to speak of (apart from one night where the guy in the next room had a stand up argument with his girlfriend at full volume for most of the night)
Pool area was ok if a little lacking in sunbeds and drinks were CHEAP.
Essentially if you just need aplace to get your head down it will do the job but definitely comes under the category of "no frills".
Enjoy your trip!
