Hotel Maritimo/Aparthotel Central Playa

having tried a search but to no avail, does anyone have any comments on Hotel Maritimo or Aparthotel Central Playa, both in Figueretas. Have got a great deal for September and want to make sure that they arent too bad.

Don't stay in the central playa. It's a dump!

I've just booked 9 days in the Maritimo and I've read nothing but good reviews on it since it had a refurb this year.
