Generally, how far in advance may one make a reservation for a hotel or apartment? (Most interested in Jet Apartments' policy if anyone knows)

How far in advance do most people on the site make their hotel/apartment reservations?

I've been reading this News Forum for weeks and find it extremely helpful. Thanks in advance for your help
 
Well horte I made reservations last week for a 2 bedroom apartment and Im not goinging until Aug. 26. so i would advise the sooner the better.

As soon as I get back from Sept holiday I always book next years, need something to look forward to over long winter months :p
 
as soon as you know your dates book esp. if your going in august as this is peak season!
