I did give the "understairs" a good clean out the other day, but i just gave the bible a wipe down and put it back on the shelf

actually she was quite good, she left a washing machine, dishwasher & cooker, so we were quite lucky really

we got them up £5,000 so one measley £1000 wont hurt.

Plus . . because they didnt go for that extra £1,000 estate agent is going to tell them that they need to exchange within 6 weeks. So theres a 6 week limit.
