been to a Hed Kandi night at Pacha London?

Really want to go, they have stopped doing the night they did where I live and this is the nearest place I can find where its going on.

Haven't been to Hed Kandi in London but reckon must be worth going... Had a fab time going to Kandi in El Divinos a couple of weeks ago, After 3 or 4 nights of minimal/tech&electro it was actually quite refreshing to hear a load of big funky tunes...
 
I think it's still a very popular one - the Victoria line was packed with people going there a couple of weeks ago.
 
I had some friends that went and loved the music - all big funky tunes with live instruments/bongos/trumpets etc.

Crowd left something to be desired though, a bit snooty they said.
 
not a fan of pacha london (nor ibiza come to that!) but i went to a hed kandi there a long while back for a girls birthday and i enjoyed it, good party atmosphere for the funky monkeys ;) !
 
Emma, make sure you get your tickets in advance. Ben and I went a couple of years ago and we had to queue for a stupid amount of time. Have fun 8)
 
Yeah I did read on their website that you have to buy in advance as it gets busy/people dont get in. Thanks for that, will let you know if its any good! About time I broadened my horizons in London rather then sunny old Sarfend!!!
 
I think im going on the 28th of October for a mates pty.

Been to Pacha in Ldn but never for a Hed Kandi night so hopefully will be good. Not usually my thing but its a girls pty and she and all her mates love it so should be a good laugh.

Think we are going to book tickets in advance as have heard Hed Kandi nights get pretty busy :lol:
 
Ok...yeah we will probs book then nearer the time....I have nothing to do with organising the night but think thats the plan anyway
