I'm from Texas, I BBQ every weekend...it's a way of life.

Friday: Filet Mignon
Saturday: Grilled Turkey Breast
Sunday: Grilled Shrimp
Today: Smoked Pork Tenderloin

I've pondered the idea of opening up a Texas style BBQ joint in Ibiza. Brisket, ribs, chicken, porl loin...all the essentials. Maybe when I retire.

I made cajun creole-style pork chops for dinner. Not bad, but some grill action would have been stellar.

At least I got some good grilled eats on Saturday (in between liters of Coors Light)

Alaska and Louisiana purchases were probably the best "real estate" deals for the US. Almost all of our domestic oil production comes from either the Gulf of Mexico or Alaska.
