well I don't know if it makes you sick, but I don't like the taste of it.
But people says it is so good for the health

Jamine tea is nice. although drink too much you'll be visiting the lav too often.

It doesnt taste that nice when your bringing it back up either

I think its okay, very good for you. Its the only tea i drink and normally have a cup in the morning.

Dont drink any normal tea or coffee now apart from the odd double espresso now and then.

Yep - it makes you mouth feel dry too.....

Try Twinings Green Tea with Orange and Lotus Flower - takes the rank taste away and I can actually keep it down too......
