Going crazy!!!

Is anybody going crazy with plannig hollydays in Ibiza?
See, I am spanish and I am not used to plan in advance my hollydays, but I feel quite reponsable because all my friend relay on me to plan they hollydays in Ibiza, because as I allways in this forum they think I am the best person to plan, and I am going absolutly crazy, because the problem is that we are going just 3 of us for the hole nine days but after depending of the day I having more people with me, there would be days we would be eigth, some days we would be five, and the problem is, there is not a ibiza virgin, no!!!!, they all have been in Ibiza and they want to see this and that and they want to go here and there and I suppose to coordinate all this because there are days when we would be all together, and is so crazy that I cannot deal with it
I had make a calendar to organize, really out of my way of being, tonigth I am going to the feria the abril but I don't know what I am doing before and I don't know when I would arrive, and is a pitty I do so many plans when I acttualy don't never know where I would end up in the end of the day. Just want it to say it.

I know, I like to know what can I find in each place I go, but not have it all planned, this time here , at five there, I like to have breackfast at two or three a clock in midday, or what about to eat a paella as a first thing you eat in the day because you have waken up sooo late, I need this sort of thing to have a perfect hollydays, to feel in hollydays I need not to have a timetable following me everywhere. The problem is to want to make happy everybody, and is not that my friends want it all sort it out , but if I have to deal with a friend that is comming saturday and wants to go to las Dalias and at the same time i have another friend that wants to spend the day in Sa Trinxa I have a conflict.
