Blinking O2 are bah humbugs. Been with them over a year & they want me to shell out £59.99 per a K700i. they know how to pull the customers in, but don't offer the same perks when they've pulled you in!

Arhhhhh i had this problem, been with them over 1 yr thought it was bout time i upgraded. so i called them to see what they would offer me, after 20 mins of chatting up the guy on the other end of the phone i got a new handset X3 for free. he started off saying it would cost £100, not bad going i thought!!!!
 
My contract with 02 ends on the 10th of this month - I CAN'T WAIT ! :lol:

Because of their inability to cope with a customer changing Banks and therefore Direct Debit details, I've been messed about by them since March of this year !! Arses !
 
i believe O2 online contracts are the best contracts anyone can get. orange, vodafone..etc dont cope close (not last time i looked anyway)
 
Gaz - did you try to text anyone at midnight on nye and not get through, because my best freind who is on o2 had major problems, texting her boyfriend who is also on o2?

Funny that, i'm with vodafode and had no trouble sending/recieving my happy new year texts!

the contracts my be "the best around" but their service is shite!

Thats good going! Yes you are right about them talking the hind legs off you :roll: . I was just humming in the right places & asking direct questions to get rid of the unnecessary banter :x , guess I'll have to prat about hunting for other "better deals" & go back to them & try & barter for it that way :twisted:
