Following on from my good trainer shops post......

I went on ebay and there were just 100s of Rifts all over the place 8O And I haven't got a clue which ones are good ones so please help a poor girlie who doesn't know anything about trainers :?

These are colours Tom has got:

Red canvas (well he did til I shrunk them in tumble dryer :? :oops: )
Khaki canvas
Black leather
Grey/pink canvas
Canvasy material pair

Are either of these 2 common ones or quite hard to find or are they fake??

My logic behind these 2 is that he hasn't got a blue pair and he might like blue cos they might remind him of Chelsea but then again they might be the shittest ones around I dunno :? :lol:

I have no idea either :D But I like the blue ones!

I wonder how comfortable they are, with the toes split apart! :?

But they're both blue :lol: :lol: ;)

Apparently they're very comfy, it's all Tom wears clubbing, they're actually African running shoes so I spose if they can withstand long distance running they can survive a marathon clubbing sesh :lol:

Do you have any Hummel stuff in UK? Their stuff is really cool.
 
Yeah. Google it. I think you would like it. It's a Danish brand. I was introduced to it by a couple of my Danish friends. Really cool stuff. Unfortunately it is very hard to find it in CA. They have a store in NYC.

I googled it and got Hearts football kit :? :lol: And I haven't even been on the rose tonight 8O :lol:
 
I can't look at those shoes without thinking of......err.....camel toe 8O :lol:




Oh and Hummel was in the UK in the late 80's - mainly as kit suppliers for Tottenham and Wimbledon FC
 
saw a girl on the tube last night with a plaid pair, not tom's bag im sure but different none the less. I got my old black leather ones that i wear down the gym!! and 3 pair of the "hoof" socks that i've never worn ;)

Altho I must confess to sometimes putting Tom's on when we get in from clubbing in winter cos they're all furry inside :lol:

why do girls do that?? and why do they insist on wearing your sweatshirts and sitting on the sofa and pulling them down over their knees!!! :evil:

Sar I don't really like the ones with the flag, and the other ones doesn't seem too exclusive. Why not buying a standar pair and customizing them? :D

Cos he'd end up with a pink pair saying 'I LUV BABS' or something on it :lol:
 
Sar, i've got an unworn pair of those Blue ones you can buy if you want.....i errr, bought Three pairs the same in sizes 9, 9.5, and 10 to make sure i got the perfect fit :roll: :oops: :lol: Think it's the 9.5 pair that i still have unworn, although they were actually pretty much exactly the same size as the Size 9 pair i ended up wearing :roll: :?
