Finding commercial property

Hi!

I am in the process of making some enquiries about moving to Ibiza and I was hoping that those of you who have already made the brave move might be able to offer some guidance...

One of the things that I am trying to investigate is either renting or buying a small commercial premises, but I seem to be hitting a bit of a wall.

I've spent quite a bit of time online trawling through Ibiza property websites in search of a warehouse/workshop type of space but I just can't seem to find any agents that really offer commercial premises (bar the odd one or two that are sprinkled in with apartments, bars and hotels for sale).

I was just wondering if anyone might be able to advise if there are any agents on Ibiza that specialise in commercial/industrial premises?

If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd be really appreciative!

Idealista, milanuncios, are two websites that have a number of commercial premises for rent/lease.

A lot of places you will find when you are here simply by walking around, they'll have a for rent/ traspaso sign with a phone number in the window, this way usually means you'll get contact direct with the seller.
