What's the score with this place?
Are they an awkward bunch to deal with on the door etc?
Am thinking of going along to see Sven Vath in March but wondered if they have a habit of turning people away.
Also, is there a dress code?

it's a great club but some call it 'touristy'
not more than any other club in London
never heard of anyone being turned away apart from if you are too 8O
no dress code

:P

sven in March?? I think ill be there too..

Fabric is cool, I've been about 3 times, not had much of a search, wore trainers and jeans both time.. Nice club overall..

Sven will have the place in bits 8O

Really nice club, lots of places to explore/get lost in

I've never had any trouble on door but always get tickets in advance cos the queue is a nightmare and they do turn a lot of people away (esp when bars close and everyone turns up).

I do find it more touristy than a lot of other clubs in London, you could go down the queue on an average Saturday night and half the people are tourists who haven't got a clue who they're there to see, they're just there cos it's supposedly London's newest 'superclub'

On a good night tho with a good crowd it's a great club :D

I heard all the cool cats and clubbers go on thursdays now ;)

Breakspoll awards night thu 24 feb the next one..

Fabric's got to be the least picky when it comes to dress code, specially on friday's. Loads of people in white caps and combats round.

Never really seen the main room go off properly, and ive been there a few times. But then again most times ive been there Craig Richards has been on and boring the pants off everyone there..

I get the feeling that a large percentage of the crowd are newbies trying it out for the first time so you dont get the feeling of being surrounded by regular clubbers who know eachother and go there on a week to week basis. IMO

I know :D . I HAVE had good nights on some occasions, largely on Wall of Sound nights, and when the likes of Plumps or the Stanton Warriors play, but on saturdays the main room can get very dull. 8)

Room 2 is possibly the best room in the world. It gets destroyed pretty much week in week out on Saturdays. People going mental on the sides, absolutely love it. Sound system is the finest and those lasers are just lush. I've 'lost' myself a fair few times in there, the best being the 5th birthday when Stacey Pullen tore the place apart with the finest music I have ever heard.
