Eurovision 2006

I have never ever watched a single Eurovision in my life....however....as I will be billy no mates on Saturday night in a hotel in Heathrow.....think I may watch a little.....8O :lol: :lol:

Anyone got any favourites?:lol: I´m going to be rooting for Spain´s Las Ketchup....(:roll: bit famous for Eurovision IMO!!!)
 
The Russians seem quite confident of their guy... he's had quite a few hits (a couple of them even halfway decent) on local pop radio and apparently came in first in his semifinal group.
 
I just like the look of the Finland entrant - anyone remember a band called Gwar from the 80's who used to dress like these, and throw fake blood and animal gore over the audience????8O 8O 8O :lol: :lol: :lol:

Last night's semi final was so fantastically camp....it was so amazing.

My money is on Finland now. A Rock group called Lordi who are all dressed up as monsters in rubber outfits......only in Eurovision!!!

I REALLY want finland to win, or Iceland (that lady is hilarious, she got told to not say 'I'm going to ****ing win eurovision' in her song :lol: )

Lordi are just beyond ridiculous though, but I have a feeling some people just won't get the humour :roll: *cough* france :lol: *cough*

Unfortunately Silvia Night from Iceland didnt qualify for the final. She had to tone down her song and not use f*ck in it but then in rehearsals she was really rude to all the organisers and told them that greek organisation was sh1t. Thats why she got booed before and after her song last night.

Its a pity as her song and the whole performance was realy good but you could see the pressure of the crowd booing got to her.

Hey Wimpers, I have to agree, Belgium were completely robbed last night. By far one of the best songs and the girl singing it (Kate) was stunning. She was third or fourth favourite to win the whole thing but didnt even get out of the semi-finals and complete drivel like the Turkish, Armenian and Lithuanian songs got through.

ohh its so camp its lovely! all my gay mates are all up for it naturally! well must sneek a peak, the UK song im sorry is one of the worst ones! d-jeeee-sus!8O the danish onme is a f****ng joke and the belgian one is just c.r.a.p - no i dont think i have anything nice to say lol*:lol:
 
Oh my!!! For the first time in 40 years of Eurovision history Finland wins!

Hard Rock Hallelujah will be hammered all over in Ibiza 2006 :lol:
