es paradis water party

:D is it any good? whats the norm for clothing etc? does it get packed out and what time does it usually start don't want to get to the club really early?
 
have never been but..


clothing - they won't allow football tops or beachwear in (you can change into it for the water tho)

water comes on about 5 i think - Heaven with DJ Sammy has water too and his site has the time for the water to start
 
:D thanks not into dj sammy but didn't know if it ws worth going to water party to say we have been we arrrive sat evening and think we may just pop down for thisone.
 
i wouldn't wear your best gear going to the water parties

having seen the people leaving them as drowned rats
 
The water party is OK but not all that....

It is a normal Es Paradis night with the resident DJ then at 5.00 or thereabouts they turn on the waterjets which spray cold water onto the sunken dancefloor.

The water goes up to about your waist and it hits you in an arc from above so you will get soaked if on the dancefloor....you get plenty of warning however as the staff scamper round beforehand clearing away the cushions and covering the DJ area etc...

Some people wear swim wear under there normal clothes but most people just splash about in there normal gear.

If you don't want to get wet you don't have to as Es Paradis is pretty big and its only the dancefloor that gets wet..

Warnings. Walking home can be very cold if you are soaked...
Don't wear your best gear, especially shoes..
Ladies...white clothes & white underwear is not a good idea.. ;) ;)

Caz, You gotta get a waterproof purse/wallet thingie or give your stuff to one of your mates who is gonna be staying dry....alternatively do like me and forget all about your money and then spend the rest of the next day drying all your notes on the hotel balcony!! Doh!! :lol: :lol: :lol:
 
:lol: :lol: YES i think that will prob be me its only me and my boyf going so maybe we will have to dip our toes in or something!!! have to find a waterproof purse!!!!!!

When are you both going? Looks like from your sig you will be there mid/end of June....if you there on the 20th June make sure you and your other half get down to We Love Sundays at Space...loads of the Spotlighters will be there and it will be very good....
 
:D i arrive in san an bay on 26 june, we are going to space on 27 june. not sure about foam parties always make me feel claustraphobic!
