el hotel reopens tomorrow and el bar (known till last october as the suite bar), on april 8th with dj fabrice every saturday :!:

diario de ibiza: franchises, merchandising, el hotel..... whats next?

ricardo urgell: we are negotiating with a very important investing group to create the chain of hotels pacha with the concept of the one here but with a superior size. the project plans to create 25,000 rooms in one hundred hotels, directed to a young public. its a very wide project but we will start four or five simultaneously, for which we have chosen strategic cities. the idea is to buy old hotels and rehabilitate them, like we did here.

diario de ibiza: spain or outside?

ricardo urgell: in spain and the eastern mediterranean. probably there will be one in greece, another one in turkey and another one in croatia. if everything goes well, the first three hotels will open in one year or one year and a half. and after that we will try to open market in the united states and wherever we fancy.
