btw, the guys of electricsex along with filthy gorgeous (hush) will be hosting the back room next tuesday for the slinky/dave pearce closing!! :twisted:

on a curious note, this is what twisted sister's mum wrote on her last column:

Eden has come to Mum’s attention as the first of the dreadfully bland San Antonio venues to think about putting good music on.

The “Dusted” nights are pretty good, I saw only pretty good as occasionally people like the very handsome Oliver Lang play.

BUT it’s in the backroom on Fridays with newcomers "Electric Sex" where the fun really happens. Their affiliate friends like Joe Upton and others mark the approval for Mum as well as being involved in the fabulous "Rave in a Cave" parties (could there be a cheekier, more amusing name for a party?) Yes Mum approves of modern electronic music played in the Electric Sex name and young Irish DJ Ryan Gorman. It's a workers thing! More please.

San Antonio take note...Just because you’re a venue in San An you don’t have to put on rubbish. It’s not obligatory you know...
We hear Extasis club is looking good too... San An revival anyone?

Thats good to know. Wasnt sure how a funky night would do at Eden, specially as in London they try to aim for a dressed up glam type crowd, which isnt what you would associate with Eden.

I know what you mean, we honestly just went becuase we got the tickets free and as part of the deal was you had to be in before 2 so we thought the place would be empty but it wasnt, it was a nice crowd and as i said ended up being one of the highlights of the holiday. If it is on next year I would definitely recommend it
