anyone been?

tried looking for dominicanrepublic-spotlight.com but no such luck...

nah was meant to be getting married there back in 2001....but we also needed a kitchen....we couldnt do both.......so i went for the kitchen!! good move in hindsight as we spilt 6mths after and the new kitchen put about £6k on the house...I doubt me being married would have had that effect?? ;)

anyway, have heard it's nice, Playa Dorada is the place to go apparently.

I have a friend from there and most of my friends have visited here. If you don't go for the typical all included resorts you'll love it

Why dont you go to Margarita or somewhere else equally as nice.

do you even know where the place is love?

prob will do an all inclusive Sil... doesnt mean to say im gonna be staying in the confines of the Hotel for 2 weeks...

does anyone know any promotors out there!?

My father lived there for a time, he says it is lovely, you should visit and explore it and don't stay in the resort because it hasnt got anything to do with the rest. Explore it, you would love it. People it is also very kind and helpfull.

You'll have chavvy 'don vutch' wearing families there thinking there the bees nees because there in the dom rupublic

It's not chavy at all, a guy i work with goes every year and he wouldn't be seen dead in a chav resort....i guess there are places there where there will be chavs, just like any country but if you pick a good area/hotel etc then it's apparantly an idealic paradise 8)
