was in ibiza last year but circo loco was only thing missed. am going back to the island in august and this is first on my list. im havin hard time trying to convince my mates that it will be amazing, as we seen timo mass there and they thought dc10 was shite, but i know it will be different on mondays. can i please have some stories and opinions on dc10 so i can try and change their minds.

It's a superb place. If there's a hole in this planet where everything surreal pours out of this is it. It's like the Hellmouth in Buffy but with characters and casualties instead of vampires. Twisted twisted twisted. Smashing. One of those places where you feel you're on something from the minute you walk in, even when you're not.

:lol: The girl behind the bar last year was much nicer than Buffy! Beautiful blue eyes, lovely honey hair and pearly teeth. Couldn't understand my Yorkshire accent though :(


And don't forget the music. Excellent stuff. A must for me when I return.

Not a bad description. Quite somply its the end of the earth. Where else can you see a grown woman dressed as Marge Simpson, cradling a toy Bart or a circa 65 year old dressed as captain birdseye snogging a demented french bloke!!!

I went missing from my mates and they found me in the inside (its like a scene from the bar in Return of the Jedi!!!) cowering in a cage. :lol: :lol:

I wonder if it was the same girl I fell in love with - about 5'10, her hair was coloured red, bright blue eyes, very scandinavian looking.. I saw her working at We Love.. @ space as well.. Mackie??
 
She was working on the first Monday the music was off on the terrace and all the Manumission girls were in the booth.

Is the Circo Loco at DC10 opening likely to be the day after the opening for Sundays at Space?

The girl with the red hair, blue eyes, etc. is called Steffi, and she's German. She works on Sundays at the We Love... party in the raised terrqace bar, and then goes straight on to do DC10 on Mondays....

And she's a real sweety, but don't piss her off coz I was once chatting with her and this Italian barged on in and rudely ordered a drink, and she got the bouncer over to give him a shakedown!

No, the girl I'm thinking of looked like an amazonian warrior princess. I wanted to try asking her:

"Wanna take me home and.. throw me 'round a bit?"

but never did ;)
