Aquí os contamos cómo funciona nuestro Funky Brunch, que consta de 3 fases:

FASE 1 ? CESTA: Servimos una cesta con mini-croissants , mini-napolitanas, plumcakes y pan con mermelada, mantequilla o aceite. ☕️? Acompañado por café o té + vaso pequeño zumo de naranja.

FASE 2 ? BUFFET en la mesa principal con:
• Ensalada de tortellini y verduras asadas
• Gazpacho de aguacate
• Hummus clásico y de remolacha
• Taboulé verde de quinoa con gambitas salteadas
• Salmón grawlax
• Paté casero con pepinillos y pan tostado
• Alitas de pollo Tex Mex
• Bocadillo de Roast Beef

FASE 3 ? PLATO PRINCIPAL a elegir:
• Berenjena asada con Tahini
• Huevo poché con pisto y arroz jazmín
• Dorada en papillote y verduritas
• Entraña con patatas

Precio adultos 25€ (bebida no incluida, excepto café y zumo de la primera fase) / ? Precio niños 12€
