Do any of you suggest using a template found online, doing it from scratch etc...

Use a template, dont do more than 2 pages and make it as easy to read as possible.

I've yet to find a decent template to be honest.

My sister runs her own recruitment agency and I took her advice completely in doing mine. It worked the first time I used it as well!!!!

If you want I can e-mail you a copy of mine so you can see the layout etc
