Does anyone know any good ones cos I want to change mine??

I pay off my bill every month so am not that bothered about APR (??) and all that, but I like to get something back, eg. I am currently with Tesco Personal Finance and you used to get Tesco vouchers which you can exchange at department stores for clothes and make-up and stuff but they've stopped doing that.

halifax one card. 0% on Balance transfers and purchases for 9 months (would like on myself but have been refused :cry: )

or MINT

or Capital One no Hassle Platinum.
 
I've just got a shell one cause it gets you extra shell points when you buy fuel...but you sold your car didnt you so thats not much good to you :lol:

They dont seem to be offering many good things like that anymore, just all the 0% offers and that for the people with huge balances to transfer.

I guess the points/free stuff offers have had to go so they can afford to offer the low interest rates :roll:

I love credit cards!!

You can go out and get loads of free stuff with em and u can even chop up yer beak!!! ;)

Babs -- if you pay off every month then you're best to go for a card with a good cashback offer, although they do tend to change cashback terms often. My Capital One card used to give 1% cashback which amounted to a tidy sum over a year. They've since lowered it though. Check out http://www.uswitch.com/ which is a cool comparison site.

Good thinking batman :D Yay that's the kind of thing I'm after, I don't really do cash so everything goes on the credit card.
 
Sar, you just want a new credit card really because your old ones seen too much chopping/cutting/crushing action and got all messy didnt it ;) :lol: :P
 
did you hear about the police telling london bar owners to spray the backs of loos and any flat surfaces with "wd40"????

Im sute the met police have carried out long & extensive research into whether or not its safe to inhale wd40, or get it onto your hands, clothes, shoes etc!!!
 
The best ones when toilets have those really bright UV lights to stop people finding a vein 8O :lol:

I'm not sure if they are still doing it but... when I signed up to American Express they gave me a free credit card size digital camera! I signed up for both of the cards they offer & so got two for free! :D
 
Don't like or use credit cards, but I have heard that Egg is supposed to be good, dunno check them out.

Never had a credit card for about 18 years. The ex-wife seriously abused them, so, cut them up and divorced the wife. Jobs a goodun. :lol:
