Yeah, that line up isa poor. Was at Privilege for Radio 1s thing 2 years ago, Underworld and Above and Beyond headlined, really enjoyable night.

It would be hard to live up to last year's line up but to me Privilege looks great. It is fresh and forward thinking with a massive range of music. I think over the night there will be everything from house, electro and techno to drum and bass, dubstep, even reggae!! The El Row room will add a nice touch with a different sound and vibe too. I am there for sure! (Although not sure how easy it will be to blag guestlist for this one) ;-)

I am confused...

Friday at Ushuaïa from: 17:00
- Pete Tong b2b Joris Voorn
- Annie Mac
- Axwell
- Maya Jane Coles
- Groove Armada
- Eats Everything
- Disclosure
- Redlight
- DJ Fresh
- Iggy Azalea
- Rob da Bank
- Danny Howard

So there are 13 artists over 7 hours - so that means they play an average of half an hour each? Probably less when you add in all the chat

Last year the artists literally played two songs each in ushuaia. if you want to see proper dj sets then go to a pay in show like we love or cream where they will play atleast 90 minute sets!

APPARENTLY @Mamboibiza HAVE BEEN GIVING OUT FREE BBC RADIO 1 WKEND WRISTBANDS SINCE MIDDAY ALTHOUGH NO TWEET ON @BBCR1 ... #ibizaspotlight

Apparently mambo have run out...

Bbc radio 1 have just tweeted that there are 2000 available now at space car park in playa d'en bossa

We were 3rd in the queue at space car park, Definately had 2000 wristbands. They also include free entry to space for Beat n Raw tonight.
Sorted

I went, I've written a review one my website but don't think I'm aloud to post it on here.

Overall, VERY BUSY, very hot, and a lot of lightweights outside who couldn't handle their booze etc. But actually a very well organised party and good fun!

^^ this.

Unless you're flogging tickets or hotels off it, can't see how it would be any different to dannykayblogspot or El Ste's ?

just read the spotlight review....when you see annie mac ,and legend in the same sentence its time to stop reading.

a ****ing bobble head.

I sell both through Spotlight so it should've been ok but didn't want to tread on any toes... I must admit I stupidly didn't think to copy and paste, haha:

The world's biggest club. One of the biggest club brands. A huge UK national radio station and a roster of DJs enough to make anyone blush. This is the Radio 1 and Cream party at Privilege Ibiza. And it's a big one!

Tickets have been on sale for just a few months for this massive event as part of the Radio 1 Weekend in Ibiza. With a club that can hold 10,000 people it was crazy to think this party would sell out. It did! As soon as we saw the tweet from Cream earlier in the day we knew we were in for one hell of a party tonight.

Descending upon Privilege we could see hundreds of people all finishing drinks, chatting to friends and getting ready for the night of their lives. The queue for the main entrance was enormous, but moving very quickly. We arrived early so we can only imagine what it was like later in the morning.

As we walked into the main room it hit us. The heat. The atmosphere and the music. Pete Tong was already on the decks in the main room playing a mixture of commercial club tunes and some more underground beats. The large wall of LEDs behind him lit up with the Pete Tong / Radio 1 visuals and the flame throwers (yes… that's right) erupted luminous red flames into the sky. The heat of which could be felt in the middle of the room.

We headed into the Vista Club Room, our new favourite place in Privilege to see what was happening. Zane Lowe was playing to a large crowd with some belting tunes. It was again really hot in here but the atmosphere was electric.

Then onto the third room. This time the full force of the air-con was in use and it was freezing. The music in here was a lot harder than in the other rooms and gave a very underground vibe. Pretty impressive when you consider you're at one of the most commercial nights in Ibiza. The highlight for me in here was not the DJ's (Sorry Eats Everything). But the chap who opened just one of the sliding doors and walked flat out into the next door without realising. Bet he had a sore head in the morning.

The music next door suddenly stopped. The crowds cheered and you could hear Zane Lowe introduce the next guests into the main Vista Room. Chase & Status were performing with Rage and the crowd suddenly got a bit more fierce in here. We saw them at Ibiza Rocks just a few days prior and still loved hearing them again.

By now the entire venue was incredibly busy. I've never seen a club, especially one as large as Privilege this busy. Every nook and cranny was filled with people catching their breath or dancing away. It became claustrophobic to a point but that's to be expected at the busiest night of the season.

Back into the main room and it's Sebastian Ingrosso vs Alesso. Their set was full of big room anthems guaranteed to get everyone listening live on Radio 1 wishing they were there in the thick of it. I know this as I had a few friends send me explicit messages of how jealous they were of us, but no time to text back, it was time to see Subfocus in the Vista Room!

We absolutely loved the set that Subfocus & ID played at the Ibiza 123 Festival in July, and they didn't disappoint at Privilege either. Cracking!

And so, the biggest party of the year draws to a close. I bet a lot of people didn't want the party to end. This wind's down the crazy weekend of events Radio 1 have hosted in the white isle for another year. If you missed out on the action then you can still enjoy the same vibe at Cream Ibiza – Thursdays at Amnesia.
