Clubbing London and Sydney

We're going to Sydney this summer - can anyone tell me any good clubs down under? Oh, and any info on London clubs [ie which ones can't be missed] would be great . There are too many to choose from and since I only have 5 days there, I want to make it as memorable as possible!!

Best clubs in London imo are Ministry, The End and Fabric on the right night. Check line-ups closer to the time for full listings.
