Blimey, it's all happening, isn't it?
I'd personally have prefered to have seen BWP go on loan rather than go completely as I think a season in the Championship could be the making of him. £1m in the kitty for him is certainly more than I thought we'd get though.
Sorry to see Barton go, especially if it's only for £3m. Willie McKay clearly made his mind up for him though.
Hamann is definitely coming to replace Barton. A good player but I can't see him playing for more than one season, possibly two, whereas Barton still has his whole career ahead of him.
It just seems a waste that after standing by Barton for so long, he goes like this.

I always think though, no matter how good they are, if they dont wanna play for us then it's best to get rid of them, so re barton, take what we can and get rid of the ungrateful little oink!!! Happy about Haman, ok in the twilight of his career but still a good player, we'll get 2 seasons out of him. Dunno too much about Dabo though? Do you?
