My absolute favourite thing in the whole world.

You would love my Mums cheesecake (and no that's not a euphenism for something else!!)

She makes them fresh using about a ton of fromage frais, fresh strawberry's a packet of digestive biscuits and they are about 3"s deep - fantastic and a heartattack on a plate - salivating as i type this....8)

I always hated it but about 2 years ago I realised it was really quite amazing

Good cheesecake = heaven


what inspired this post then rob? just nice to have a thread you wouldn't have to read through to know what it was about?
