feel good now, didnt hurt hurt whern tube went up, just a slight discomfort and nothing to cry about.

tummy (under roll of flab) feels tight as u like and i weighed myself and did lose some weight.

worst bit was the trip to the loo after to shake off the excess... when i thought it was finished... more came out...

got lots of diet advice, and only 2 more to go.

recommended.
