Buying Property In Ibiza / Spain

this is proberly totally off topic here but i was wondering,

does anyone know any good sites or have information on purchasing property in ibiza / spain?

i have read but unsure if its true, that you credit record does not matter as long as you have a good deposit and can pay the morgage your ok?

any help on this would be much appreciated.
 
yeah I've heard the same... In Spain its 20% up front (if citizen) and 40% (if not a citizen), and something like 3% interest for 30 years. My uncle just bought in Tenerife, Spain.
