Prosthetic nose! 
Half of me believes it tho the other half knows how the tabloids like to have a field day with this stuff and exaggerate to the power of ten...I also know how the viewing public LOVE to believe sensationalist cr*p as if it's gospel (oh wait, the bible is a tabloid too).
It makes me think of JORDON CELLULITE! and J-LO SWEAT PATCHES articles in Heat etc.
Photoshop is a wonderful thing.
