breaks nights on the island of ibiza?

so where do you head 2 listen to breaks in ibiza?

do the likes of tayo, hyper, stanton warriors, freq nasty (for example) play anywhere on the island? i dont hear much about this style of music on these forums so am rather curious....

the back room at Lashed last year was breaks I think with Leeroy Thornhill (formerly of The Prodigy), i'm sure Stanton Warriors played a couple of dates in the backroom of Eden for Judgement Sundays aswell last year.
 
disco - this is cool, yet another musical genre we both like.

sadly the breaks scene in ibiza isn't great, however there have been a feew nights - namely 'chew the fat'.

Last year UNKLE played in global room at pacha. Although i don't think it was very well recieved.

I beg to differ mate, UNKLE rocked the global room when I was there in September...was a nice crowd in there and the atmosphere was far better than the main room.

i was also there that night. i love unkle! i think there quality as many of you know.

i personally would love to see them or just james lavelle back on the island. we'll have to wait and see.

wouldnt mind a bit of UNKLE when am over this year. however James Lavelle on his own jus aint gravy. Mixin leaves alot to be desired and he usually jus leaves it up to File. Tunes are outta this world mind you! 8)

I used to think that but am really getting into Breaks now.
Have you heard Annie Nightingales show on Saturday Night / Sunday Morning at 4am? Check it out on Radio 1's listen again doobry on the net. She's a real Break's Freak & has certainly helped to champion the genre :twisted:
 
she's usually oot the game. many times i've heard unable to speak clearly and she suffers from goldfish brain quite a lot! Legend in her own right!
 
if James Zabiela is truly classed as breaks then he might be making a fair few visits to the island again this year....perhaps even the We Love Sundays parties again ;)
