okay, direct and to the point: bora bora has sorted their license problems for next year :!:

last sunday a well-informed friend told me all this already but i didnt believe it. today i spoke with another even-more-well-informed friend (lets just say that he knows lots of the things that happen in the san josé council
485.gif
) and he confirmed it so now i believe it. florentino (the owner of the jet complex) has managed to get the license of discoteca for bora bora so, if nothing strange happens, it will be rocking again next summer :!:

in related news, dc10 havent sorted yet their problems. i know some people said that during the last 2 weeks they had music in the terrace but thats because, although the music system was sealed by the police, they broke the seal (obviously they dont mind paying a fine or 3 since in one day they do enough money to pay 10 fines). i suppose that if a beach bar with legal capacity for 160 persons got the license of discoteca ( ? ) it$ ju$t a matter of time $ince dc10 $ort$ out their licen$e too :!:

so for all of you who cant be here in this long nastydirtysex-y weekend of closings now you got some good news to cheer you up!! :P

and remember who told you about it first..........

i hate to say it, but i told you soo.

i soo knew this was going to happen....but will gee be there?

Probably all just a massive hype scam anyway

Or is that my weekend paranoia kicking in again?

quite - pity Bora Bora wasn't licensed to play music for end of season- and the authorities are so disciminatory, what about the hotels which have family/karaoke/ crooner nights with crap music covers blaring out till late with no restriction, yes each to their own but lets play fair!!!!

and DC10 is miles from anywhere to affect anyone, but I was there on 27 September and Terrace was playing.

bora bora's problem was that it was licensed to play music, but not licensed to be a disco, which it clearly was.

That's really great!!We did have have a great time last month eventhough Bora Bora was "closed" ,we partied there so much in July so it didn't matter :D But I'm so happy to get back to Ibiza next year and Bora Bora is definitely a huge plus!!

A strong voice told me that if everything would be normal, he would be back.

that goes without saying I think.

he loves the Bora Bora vibe and he loves the Bora Bora €€€

well i think we all can breath a little easier now
with bora bora back on line for summer 2005
i can sit back and smile and just expect for the next summer to arrive
as for the dc10 terrace hopefully they will get what ever license they need coz i dot intend to miss out on the crazy atmosphere there next season as well

until then

Let's hope this is true (and I'm not poo-pooing the info, just crossing my fingers).

When I walked to Bora Bora y'day morning before I flew home, it was being boarded up with corrugated iron. I hope it was just for the winter. :(
