............dunno about the rest of the country, but, my local Tesco is selling single tubes of Berocca 'Buy one get one free' til 2nd August. Just bought 4 for £7.78.

Nah, you only piss out vitamins when your body can't assimilate any more. So if it's bright yellow it means your all topped up. Not bright yellow probably means you're deficient even with the supplement
