Berocca & Echinacea

Can you take these two together?

Thinking of getting some Berocca as Im always getting colds from battering it at the weekend and have been advised on getting some.

Went to Holland And Barrett before and they didnt have any though?

Where does everyone in the uk get theirs from?

Try Boots mate, Berocca is often on buy 2 get 1 free there or Tesco sells it, basically any decent pharmacy.

I keep getting colds too :evil:

They always start on mondays :lol:

The one I got this week still hasn't gone, and its terrible! oooohh well! :P
 
I get my berocca from superdrug, I found they were cheaper than boots etc!

As for echinacea I dont think you're supposed to take that for longer than 2 week periods :? You can get echinacea tea's though Nish, not sure if they taste any good :?

Think I will be popping to superdrug tomorrow to get some beroca :P
