beach's and cars

hey heading back out on monday and was wonderin how old do you have to be to rent a car and do you need any documents? also please can people give me some beachs, coves and rocks to jump off names and were they are . They all seem to be called the same to me but dont wanna miss any. thanks

Not sure about the age (they didn't ask me how old I was or anything, but I was 21 when I rented one) all they needed in terms of documents was my US driver's license and a credit card...
