Base Bar

Just heard that the new base bar at the top of the port has closed, and Spin (the original base bar) has now reverted to Base Bar again.

Don't know if it's permanent, but it's not exactly been busy. Still you've got to congratulate Jason on trying, just hope he's not too much out of pocket.

Guess the drop in numbers has had an effect all round

Cd be rumourmongering dunno.

But I went to the opening night of the Base in May - packed; yet in late July on me last cheeky trip it was v quiet given the time of year.

There did appear to be some teething probs with the staff, which, as Pepe from Space owns the premises the BB had to keep on.

Still, whatever the issues are I can't see anyone keeping Senor Bull down for long.
