Are you a racist? The test that claims to know

That test is a load of bs. Here's something that could replace it and be much quicker:

"do you resent or dislike a person because of his/her race?"

Problem solved.


Another thing thats super crap about this test and the general message in the media is that racism is only between black and white people. For example, the recent 'kick racism out of football' campaign; managers and politians alike told us that its awful how black players are taunted... Erm what about the various other races that play football?? Racism isnt limited to black and white so the message should be to respect other races rather than singling out one.

It actually changes half way through to straight people/bad and gay people/good and I guess times your responses relative to the first associations.
IMO they're bound to be slower because you get used to the first ones.
Therefore test is a pile of old dog noo noo

exactly, if they switched the order then people would be getting the opposite results.
 
guys you are wrong. these tests have been around for a long time and thousands of people have taken them. Read the book 'BLINK' for more info.

peoples immediate reatctions say alot about their inbuilt (whether consicous or not) predujices. also if you take the test more than once you will find that the options change randomly.

so there ;)
 
Just done the gay one again, found it confusing tbh, and often i pressed the wrong key because of a mistake.

My result:

Which is kind of true as most of my close friends are straight, but obviously partners aren't.
 
Hmmmm....I got halfway through the test when I decided it was obviously loaded. Good, under coloured people and bad under white? Funnily enough I know lots of good AND bad people of all races and colours. :roll:
